But were the bottoms slippy? I have 3 pairs of uggs and I was considering buying a pair of these as well, but not if they are slippy.

I bought a pair of Ukala's earlier in the year and the soles have made them unwearable, I live on a fairly steep hill with old fashioned paving slabs and in the wet I litterally cannot walk down the hill in them, its like walking on ice!

I bought myself a pair uggs after this and they were worth every single penny :o

I avoided the Ukala last winter when there was a deal because everyone was saying about the soles... then at the end of Summer they were at really good prices (£10 and £15 for longer ones) so I bought two pairs to use as indoor slippers. I forgot they were supposed to have slippy soles.
Anyway yes the soles started off slippery but they soon lose that.I'm sat here in my £10 Ukala that I've been wearing since the end of September, the others I wear outside. Laminate floors tthroughout downstairs and bathroom.... no sliding. Had one slippy moment ironically on carpet when they were brand new.
Someone suggested last time that you rub a raw potato on the soles.
