I upgraded my digital camera in the summer, following in-store advice at my local branch. I could probably have bought it cheaper online, but decided to support the shop after their helpful suggestions.
I was getting a strange error message last week, so I popped in to ask about it as I'm not remotely technical. Turned out the memory card bought with the camera had failed, so they immediately replaced it. No quibbling, no delay, they barely even glanced at the receipt. It was surprisingly refreshing to have a fault dealt with so efficiently and to see that good customer service still exists on the High St.
