Virgin - Existing customer balance transfer offers ?

Hi
Every year since i have had my virgin CC they have offered me balance transfers and 0% until now ?
Is this common across other customers ? is there anything i can do to get them to offer me something ?

It did go quiet for a few months but had an offer a few weeks ago (0% until October 2013 statement). Have you checked online to see if there is anything showing against your account?0

I have one at the minute that is 0% until 10th december 2013. Maybe give them a ring and see0

Mine went quiet this year just like yours, and I finally gave up and closed it a few months ago. Will wait until the full 12 months has passed, then re-apply and try to get a new customer 0% offer.0
