Refunding return postage costs

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this? I refunded a buyer through Paypal for the cost of the goods and the original postage but it won't let me refund the cost of the return postage. How can I do this?

I had this last week, buyer had sent the item back untracked 1st class so I sent £2.70 to her paypal as a 'personal payment owed' on top of the original refund...

you can only refund upto the full amount paid in the original transaction. anything more than this can be sent separately. Get buyers email from the original transaction page on paypal and go to top of paypal and click link for sending money....all should be easy to follow from there.
