Ccj on equifax report, but not on Experian - can you get a mortgage?

    Who uses what CRA for profiling is academic, CCJs are revealled on public domain checks too, additionally the application will ask the applicant if they have any adverse credit, defaults, CCJs or a prev BO - which must be declared, if not, the applcation is essentially fraudulent.

    Whether you take a chance and choose not to declare is of course your choice - be prepared for a decline due to non-disclosure though.

    It will disappear from your credit records following its 6th anniversary of registration if that helps.
