Hi,
I recently switched energy suppliers to Scottish Power...a) The tarriff was cheaper b) i saw a cahback incentive on MSE. I clicked a link which i think may of taken me to Money supermarket. It was £20 per switch plus £30 for doing so via this link. Consequently signed up but after 8 weeks, nothing. Tried SP who basically said 'tough'. I'm not sure how i go about getting it now?
Thanks...

If the cashback is not a supplier-paid one, what would you expect SP to say. Have you asked moneysupermarket.com?
Cashbacks are frequently not paid until up to 90 days after you go on supply. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

When will payment be made?
Payment will usually be made within 2-3 months (certain cases may take up to 6-months) after you complete your change. This allows sufficient time for the transfer to complete and the supplier to notify us this has happened.0 -
Has the change taken place yet or is it still transfering? If you are still transfering, it won't have been paid.
I switched to SP recently myself, I started the switch mid Sept, switched by 24th Oct and moneysupermarket paid my cashback straight into my bank a couple of days later. Check what stage your switch is at.0
