Cheapest region free dvd player?

My daughter is obsessed with an American cartoon series and asked for the dvd for Christmas. I've just discovered that it's only on region 1.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent and cheap (hopefully) region 1 and 2 player?

There are even cheaper options here.

Some don't have a remote control.

The cheapest with a remote control is £11.95 plus £3.95 postage = £15.90

That is about 15 items down the list. The list will change as items get sold or added on.

At that price don't expect high quality but, if it is for a youngster watching cartoons, that probably doesn't matter.
