BT problem with laptop and phone

No problem with the PC but laptop and smartphone cannot connect to the internet today.
OK yesterday any ideas?

I'm guessing that the PC is connected via wire & the Laptop and smartphone are wireless?
Have you changed any setting in the router? sounds like wireless signal has been switched off.0 -
Difficult to say without more info on your setup and whether you are actually getting a wireless connection between device and router/hub.
As the desktop PC can connect OK (assumed a wired connection) then there is nothing wrong with the connection from router/hub to internet, so assume your problem is connecting wifi devices to the router/hub.
First thing to try is turn power off to router/hub. Wait 30 seconds then power back on and retry.
