We booked a holiday on line with Thomas Cook back in August for next July 2013 we booked early as this particular hotel is very popular,we have stayed there on many occasions
I paid £500 deposit, yesterday I had an e-mail saying because of contractual issues this hotel is no longer available and they had booked us into another hotel,after reading the reveiws on this hotel , we are not happy to accept this new hotel,Would appreciate any info on my rights,can I claim my money back.Thanks Mark

Sounds very flippant, but the first thing to do is ask them!
If they say yes, game over.
If no, then the experts on here will soon be posting!
