Is this normal when going to a medical when involved in a car crash?

Hi there, I went to a medical where I was asked to bring ID to confirm ID.
I went to a hotel where other people were involved in car accidents were they too.
Anyway, I was given a medical form to fill out, didn't even fill out the first page when someone came, grabbed my medical form and told me to come into a room.
Ask me a few questions, my injuries, time off work, (if any) been to GP or doctors)
this was for 5 minutes, and I was told I can go. Still had other parts of my medical form to complete. No erays, tests were done.
Now I'm worried this guy, even though may put into a good report for me, may not be represented correctly.

Please stop with the sarcastic and immature comments, it really is boring now.
It is the same accident which happened two months ago0 -

What the one you describe the damage as a slight scuff?
Now you've developed cash lash.0 -

The only one that is immature is you going on your posting history, notice your last ridiculous thread was eventually removed.0 -
I wouldn't be going to no medical due to a car accident unless asked to by a court.
Sounds dodgy.0 -

Sounds dodgy.
But when people get the phone call saying you have been in an accident and are entitled to compo some are gullible enough to believe them and try even when they know they are not.0 -
