Vprewards.com & clubprem.com Scam Advice

Hi

Vprewards.com and clubprem.com have been taking payments from my bank account, I have no idea what this is for and the websites and phone numbers I've found don't work anymore. Both are taking the same amount 21.95 on the same day. This started in December 2011 and I realised in June this year and cancelled my card thinking this would resolve the problem but I've checked my statements again and it's still happening. My bank Santander say its not a standing order or direct debit it's a card payment and are unable to help anymore and have advised to speak directly to them but I cannot contact them.

Where do I stand? And any chance of getting this refunded?

Thanks

Scott

Have you looked on the Visatprint website for contact details ? If you've ever bought business cards from them this is what the transactions relate to. It's membership of a discount club.
