hi
Ive had my heating on the last week a lot due to the sudden temp drop etc and ill be honest I feel awful

I get a headache, itchy blotchy red face and my whole face just feels awful like my skins cracking etc

any ideas why this is? its a combi boiler serviced recently and Ive CM detectors all ok..... everyone else who comes in my flat are fine is it to do with ventilation??

thing is if you think your face is red you end up going more red aha so that lasts for a few hours after

thanks

Check the humidity level in your house, it could be getting way too dry for your comfort! I have these sysmptoms when I have the CH on too much in the winter, and in particularly cold winters have resorted to a humidifier to increase the moisture level in the house. Or wash some clothes, bedding, towels etc. and hang around the house to dry - that is good for increasing humidity too (and cheaper than a plug-in humidifier).

    More info here:

Dry air can make me feel really headachy and ill, so it's well worth checking out. You can buy humidity meters for a couple of quid from household shops, garden centres etc. (or Ebay).

    Hope this helps!

I suggest you get yourself off to your doctor asap, if you've not already done so.

    What a capital idea...
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
