well i have recently moved to them and have been really impressed by the website (well at least compared to edf who where horrendous beyond belief) and have even been on it this morning to input a meter reading with no problem, and just tried again for you with no problem, so have you tried clearing your cookies and temp internet files and history just incase its something your sideDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
Just tried it again, and getting the same error message, I like to stay on top of my account, wish they had an app like npower or better yet the BG style app.0

Hi, have had no problems logging on...... entered meter reading around 8.00am this morning and when I saw your post just logged in again to check ( 11.44am ).
Don't know much about the internet but could it be something to do with where you live. I assume access from different parts of the country will be via different servers however why you should be able to access the homepage and then not be able to log in confuses me.0 -
Yippee! I can get on there now, looks like my monthly DD is running to schedule, although the next quarter Dec-March may not be the same0
