Son got a new console for his birthday, online no problem, but can't sign in to sky.
Followed the instructions to clear cache etc. and reinstall, but to no avail.
Any suggestions please.

I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

What do you mean?
The sky app to watch TV on the 360?
Is it connected to the net with a xbox live account?

Thanks, yes I've done al that. Is it because it used to be on another xbox? Do I somehow need to change the console on the sky website?

Might help, ive no idea of using sky, i know you can only link the sky account to 1 console so yes maybe chnaging it on the website will help.0
