Bed gas strut wont work.

the normal failure mode on those is gas leaking rather than seizing
I assume you have the mattress on it when you are trying to close it?
If you have then contact the retailer for a new one0 -
It could be that the strut may be installed the wrong way round. If it isn't then the strut is faulty.
(OH sells beds for a living)0 -
I was pushing it the wrong way and without the mattress. It works with Mattress on it.0
