If my partner was texting other women inappropriately I wouldn't be worrying about identifying who the numbers belonged to. My time would be spent looking up the number for a good solicitor and moving myself on from him as fast as I could. You deserve so much better and I think you know it.
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.

You know about two and you are going to relate? So what happens if you find out it's three, or four, or five....

How many does it have to be before you find it unacceptable?

He has confessed to two of them, as I saw the text about sex by accident.

however looking at his bill I think that there are at least a couple more, texts late at night, when he's out etc.

I want to know as we are supposed to be going to Relate to sort things out, but Im not sure if there is any point continuing with the relationship.

I do know the problem is him and not the other women, but both the women I know about know me too.

so why don't you ask him about the specific numbers, and the times etc that he's called those numbers, from the bill?

What does it change for you?
If they were friends, I guess you know they are rather horrid harlots and you should stay clear of them.
I know it probably hurts, but it's only yourself you are torturing in trying to find out. Not them or him.

For years I had a number text me late at night or leave drunken answer phone messages. It was a woman with a Scottish accent. we lived in a terrible signal area and oneimes they took ages to come through. All I assume is that my number must have either previously been an ex of hers or she must hav out it into her phone with a digit wrong. It was always I loooovvveee you drunken rants. I am a woman but I do wonder if it would have been different if I was a man.

Not saying innocent in his case. My work blackberry gets dozens of ring numbers and messages as the company recycles them.
