Ziinga website Problems

  • If I was to simply not pay the cancellation fee and the bank reject any further requests for payment from Ziinga then it would basically be stalemate in effect. This is the part which confuses myself as what would happen next, I don't really want to have debt collection hounding me all over a measly £32.80 as in principle I don't see why I should pay it. However I have been told bits and pieces about consumer rights etc however I have pretty much zero experience in this area and not sure if it is applicable to transactions over the internet.
  • Can I ask what item you 'won'? - all looks very swish. Just had a look at Ziinga and read the T&C's and it looks like a stitch up - at least Mephistophles gave you 24 years of unbridled earthly delights for your soul;)
