I transferred money into my credit card account by mistake!

Help!! My partner has recently transferred £500 into his credit card account which he now does not have access to as his account was frozen! He has requested a new PIN number 3 times and still hasn't recieved it! We are now wondering how we could get the money out of that account!

Could any one offer any advice? We are desperate now because they seem to want to charge us for any action we are to take!!

Why was the account frozen? Is it in default? If so, you can probably kiss the money goodbye.

Not quite. It will have reduced the amount that the card company (or a debt collector) will be chasing him for eventually.

But zero chance of it being refunded now.
