Anyclean services - feel a bit stolen from

I have had an end of tenancy clean done by anyclean.co.uk and now a lot of my things are gone.
I realise that their job is to clean and get rid of anything left in the fridge and cupboards unless told otherwise but I sort of assumed anything not perishable would be put to one side and left for me to decide what to do.
All my cleaning products were taken plus some storage containers I had in the fridge and a couple of books left in the wardrobe. I admit nothing major although
I searched through the bins and nothing there.
I know I'm to blame for not being more explicit in what should or shouldn't have been thrown but I expected the rubbish to be left for me to remove or in a place where I could possibly get the stuff back.

Call them out again using a public phone box and arrange cleaning at a fictitious address (perhaps the address of a rival cleaning firm).
You won't get anything out of it except perhaps some satisfaction.0 -
