What should I do next ???????

I have submitted by claim to the bank which a reply is now two weeks over due. Today someone from the Recovery Dept has telephoned me to say my claim is in REVIEW. She also advised that they will only pay claims 'under £1000' but would not state the limit of pay out. My claim is for nearly £3000. She sorted of intimated I should go through the Court for a speedier route and also to claim the full amount. This was very strange and I got the feeling she was advising me to do this. Has anyone else had this sort of response or taken the court route. What do I do and complicated is the court route????? HELP PLEASE.

Please read both links in my signature carefully.

The process is explained in the Step by step guide and there's alot of useful information in the Reclaim Help thread.
