    Ok, so I rang FOS yesterday and they confirmed the 8 week time limit was actually up yesterday, Capital One have not given me any kind of response other than requesting authorisation to send to Future Mortgages, so what happens now?

    I still think they gonna come back and tell me I now need to contact Future Mortgages for some reason or another.
