I can't seem to find the last word. On their FB page, they said that the words aren't on product pages as there are so many products on their site but are in the categories down the side and I've found a couple in the "Contact Us" and "Basket" pages but I've looked all over and can't find the last word! A couple of people have commented that they can only find 11 too so either the last one is really well hidden or they've miscounted when placing them on the site.:p
