hi all,
i am currently in the process of reclaiming my bank charges from HSBC i have recieved a letter from them (within the 14 days) stating that they are looking into my claims of unfiar bank charges and said that they will reply when they have investigated. As they have not stated a date when they will reply by should i start stage 4 of the process and threaten them with court action or should i wait for them to reply???

If you have folllowed the Step by Step guide and given them the specified times, then you can go on to the next stage, you don't need to wait for them.0
