What's the "Report this Buyer" option for ?

I have someone who hasn't paid , should I use the "Report Buyer" option ?

    Don't use Report the Buyer, if it is more than 4 days since the item sold you can raise an Unpaid Item Case.

    On day four, I usually send a reminder and give it another 24 hours before raising a case.
    You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

    The 'report buyer' is for anything not covered by the usual NPB dispute, so threats, any suspicious behaviour etc. I used it recently on my odd buyer who threatened to kill off my business.
