I used Lofty Creations for mine - structural works only (I did the internal fit out). Nice bunch and good price. Completed about 2 1/2 years ago
IIRC their part was about £26K including new roof. I have a big loft conversion though -3 huge velux windows, roof light window and 3 large timber double glazed sashes. In total I reckon the whole lot including decorating, carpets, painting the front of the house (as the scaffold was there) and some very fancy light fittings (£6.5K - eek!) was nearly £50K
Hope this helps0
