1. Bounty Members have the chance to enter the free prize draw for a chance to win £250 worth of Toys R Us vouchers (1 every week) (“First Place Prize”) or 1 of 5000 cuddly Koala soft toys (“Runners Up Prize”).
2. There are 4 First Place Prizes to be won and 5000 Runners Up Prizes to be won in total.
3. To enter the prize draw log onto the Bounty website at http://staging.bounty.com/client/cushelle/competition/nov12 and submit the correct answer to the multiple choice question.
4. The final closing date for the free prize draw entry is 31st December 2012
5. Winners will be chosen at random from all successful entrants.
6. The first randomly selected winner each week will receive £250 worth of Toys R Us vouchers.
7. The next randomly selected winners each week will receive a cuddly Koala soft toy each.
8. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw.
9. Within 14 days of notification the winner is required to email confirmation of their postal address and acceptance of the prize to the Promoter. In the event that the winner does not provide the required confirmation within the 14 days the entry may be disqualified and an alternative winner may be chosen.
10. The prize will be sent by 1st class to the winners within 14 days of receipt of address confirmation from the winner.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
12. The prize draw is open to Bounty Members who must have a valid email address.
13. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Prizes shall be delivered free of charge to an address within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Only one entry per person is permitted. The prizes cannot be transferred and no cash alternative is available.
14. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
15. Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. The winner’s details will only be used for administration of the prize and publication of the prize draw winners as detailed below and for no other purpose.
