The Plot Thickens! My Ex Has Got A Company Dealing With His Debts (not Bankruptsy) But Bank Have Put A "no Operations" On The Joint Account Even Tho His Debt Is On His Own Account! We Are Off To The Bank On Tuesday To Remove His Name From Acc. As Im In Middle Of Claiming Charges-question Is-if We Succeed In Removing His Name From Acc. Can I Get All Of The £2600 They Owe Me Coz Thats Wot They Charged Me After I Became Separated??? I Feel Rbos Is Trying O Catch Me Out? Please Help Someone-im Totally Confused!!! Thanx In Advance To Anyone Who Replies X

You can reclaim all charges on the account for the period your name is registered as a joint account holder and it is better for your ex that you do so in your name so payment is made directly to you. No one else can access it then, including creditors without his express permission.
If he had the account before you during the 6 years you can claim for and you were added in the interim he will need to reclaim the charges in his own name prior to you being added. You can work it out between yourselves how to split the money. Dont worry even if the account was flat-out closed down then you could still reclaim all your charges. Good luck

No, our friend writes the entire posting in Capitals. (TIKKI1 - this is considered on the net as 'shouting' and is regarded as very rude).
