Was coming to the end of my Nat West 0% deal so called up a few card providers for an existing customer deal.Best was 12 months with the Post Office.
Transfered £700 for a 3%ish fee, however 3 weeks later the amount had still not been taken off the Natwest total (about £705)
Nat west are denying they got the money whilst Post Office can quote the (correct)16 digit card number they say they sent the BT to.(both say the money is not in their suspense account)
Now the P.O are recalling the cash, both accounts are showing £700+ debt.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Who do you believe?
and as Nat west is about to go onto the standard rate 17%ish,should I try and transfer it again to a different card (Barclaycard have just offered me 13months at 0%).
I will,of course pay the monthly payment to both cards and close whichever one is in the wrong.
Thanks for your thoughts.

My guess is that the fault lies with the Post Office. All they are doing is making a payment to an account number and maybe they told you the correct number but that's not proof they gave NatWest the correct number. Get them to start again and if it hasn't happened after 3 working days, transfer it to Barclaycard instead0
