Car Parking Ticket @ Asda Long Eaton

I have just received a parking ticket from TCP for parking over 3 hours on Asda car park at Long Eaton. The letter contains photos of our car entering and leaving the car park but i cant recall seeing any signs saying that there were cameras on the car park. Surely it is illegal to do this without having warning signs. Should we pay the fine ? or do we just ignore the threatening letters from TCP. This will be the last time that i will ever shop at Asda.

TCP cannot find you. Pop it in the shredder and add it to the hamster bedding.

This is not a fine, so just ignore it.
Tons of info on these jokers in the Parking Forum, incl the letters they will send you.
Don't be taken in!

Have a read of the parking fines (which this isn't) subsection of this forum.
As above, ignore all correspondence and use the the paperwork to line pet effluent containers.0 -
Or, write a very 'more in sorrow than anger' letter to the supermarket manager telling him how he has lost your custom. Mention that you will also be telling all your friends.

I wonder what would happen if you replied back saying you are not sure who was driving but naming the store manager as a possible driver?
Would that be naughty?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I understand that, just wish people would obey what they are asked to do, then Asda wouldn't even feel the need to employ these companies......0 -
