Sorry for starting another thread on this, but has anyone who's switched recently got their £100? How long did it take?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Got mine took about 3 weeks to credit after I applied0

I did it in branch yesterday and got the £100 before straight away. Just got to sit there for 30 minutes answering all the boring questions.0

I've already applied and using the account.. but no bonus yet..
I couldn't apply in branch as I'm in Scotland don't have any branches.0 -

Did you apply to switch accounts as part of the application process? The incentive should be in your account as soon as they start the switch. If you didn't apply to switch, you don't get the £100.0 -
I have just switched but only have standing orders - not DD's. Hope I get the £100!!0

Specifically states that you need to switch a minimum of 2 DDs, otherwise they may take the £100 back...does state that they "have the right" to take it back though, not that they will, so you might be ok providing you switch and use the account!0 -

Yeh I saw that but contradicts elsewhere which states regular payments so I hope I qualify. If not I'll just tell them I'll switch again to first direct!
Anyone who had just s/o's who got/did not get the £100 care to comment?0 -

Yeah, I applied and ticked the box to use their switching team to move direct debits etc.. which i think is the rules to get the £100...0 -
I have just found out that I'm not going to get the £100 as I haven't switched an automated credit to the Halifax account. I'm not paid by automated credit and never will be, and what's more I asked them if there was a requirement of this type when I was opening the account, and was told no. I'm so furious, especially as I've found them to be shoddy and unhelpful in various other ways since I switched. I'm so switching back to the lovely First Direct.0
