Elderly hamster food

Options
Any ideas on what type of food goes down well with old hamsters? Mine is about 2 1/2 and obviously getting on a bit, not been eating much food for a while now so I thought I'd give softer food a go, as well as the normal stuff.
I had though maybe porridge or mushy weetabix, she gets the odd grape/carrot/cucumber/the odd shreddie :) normally anyway for variety and vitamins,
Any ideas?
:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes  but definatly :D

  • As a child we had lots of hamsters!
Mine loved warm weetabix, ready brek, a bit of mashed egg and soft, cooked veg (boiled carrots, peas, sweetcorn)

I thought you had to be careful feeding Hamsters soft food as it could get stuck in their food pouches and lead to infections :(
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
