lost tribunal help needed!

Hi all, well i lost my tribunal had my letter today. What do i do now can i fill out another ESA form and do i need to send in medical certs with this aswell. My medical cert runs out on thurs next week. Its been 6months since i had my atos medical but have read somewhere that i cannot apply again for 6months after my tribunal can anyone help me out on this one! I have not had any other letter on what i should do now, bad enough and stressful going for the tribunal then to lose it and start all over again. Also what will happen once i send the form back. I will be grateful for any help. Thanks!

I got advised today to make another ESA claim, this advice was from jobcentre staff, they said i had 3 options 1. do nothing, 2. claim jsa and 3. claim again for ESA, i don't think its been 6 months since my atos medical.

The six months runs from the date your claim was refused. You will need to submit fit notes with your new claim.

Thanks both do i get the form and send it off asap or wait till i get a letter from jobcentre? Sorry for all the questions never done this before and worried because my med cert runs out thurs?

you need to make a new claim. the job centre wont write to invite you to claim.

From when the claim was first refused - the tribunal doesn't count.

Hi called to claim ESA to make another claim the lady on the phone said she would have to send out a claim form for me because my file was still active?? I have been sending sicknotes in since my appeal and it is due again on the 7th dec i explained this to her and she said i need to send another and can backdate it from the date i had my tribunal is this right? Will i receive the money from my last months sicknote or will that have been stopped because my tribunal was refused? Hope this is understandable just with christmas coming im worried im not going to have any money at all such a distressing time for me, all replys will be very grateful.
