This is probably the wrong thread or forum and it may be pulled but I've just had a phone call from my life long best friend.

Her dad is in hospital with double pnumonia and a heart attack. He's had health problem after health problem and is in his 70's but he's purely "Uncle Dave" to me.

I'm 36 years old and have known him since I was 2. He's always been there and has never said a cross word to me.

I'm not religious at all but want people to give kind and happy thoughts to Uncle Dave in Solihull Hospital tonight if you would.

If this is removed I'm sorry for using the wrong forum but I'm a bit sixes and sevens tonight.

Thanks to everyone for your hugs, they are appreciated. We've heard today that he's contracted shingles also - poor man. I just wish he'd get better asap.
