1. Competitions are open to all UK residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol, tobacco or travel-related competitions, or in other cases as stated) except employees of Time Out, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

2. All entries must be submitted by 5pm on 17/01/13. One entry per person with one additional entry per person for every email address referred (up to four allowed). Maximum five entries per email address. Email addresses referred must be valid, if the Promoter suspects invalid or multiple email addresses have been submitted, the Promoter reserves the right to not grant additional entries on this basis.

3. By entering the competition you agree to receive promotional emails from Time Out, including Time Out Offers, News, Events and Competitions. You can unsubscribe at any time.


4. Postal entries for competitions should be sent with your name, address, daytime telephone number, competition you are entering and answer to: Time Out Offers, Universal House, 251 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB.


5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post or offered for delivery insufficiently stamped. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

6. Prize is as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given. Prize is for a five night stay at the Mandarin Oriental Miami (please note the winner will be supplied with a Mandarin Oriental gift card to cover their stay)and includes breakfast, flights and transfers. Exact dates to be agreed by the Promoter and competition winner. Please note the Promoter has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change.

8. Food and drink (excluding breakfast) are not included. Extras are not included.
The trip has to be booked a minimum of 3 months before it is taken.

9. The winning answers and the names of prize winners will be made available to those who send an SAE to the competition entry address. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of Time Out.

11. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.
