3 months ago I purchased a book as a gift for a friend who's brthday was last week. The book arrived within a few days of the order and I wrapped it without checking it inside.

Bad habit of mine but anyway...

The book turned out to start at page three hundred and something and was bound completely wrongly with much of it missing.

I phoned Amazon today believing I was well outside their 30 day limit for returning goods. However, not only could I return it to a freepost address but they have arranged a replacement as well.
