Google Drive (Cloud space) and other Google shortcuts

When I log in to my Gmail/google account on different PCs you get different shortcuts?????
E.g. On my home laptop there is a short cut to Google Drive (my cloud space)
on my work PC the Drive shortcut is not visible/available
Ironically this is when logged into my works gmail account
I can access my works drive from home, but not at work??
I notice other shortcuts (shopping, images) are viible on some PCS and not others - even tho I'm logged into same Gmail account
1/ Has anyone else noticed this apart from me???
2/ Anyone know why, or how to fix it?
