British Gas - a mixed bag, re arrears

Woud like some help, re gettingsome/all of the OUTRAGEOUS charges BG have added to my a/c, since i have been unemployed, ad getting behind..
It seems £50 is the norm for their arrears letters, or 'sending an agent' (who i've never ever seen!), etc..
payments are now setup to be paid from jsa, under 'their 'fuel direct' scheme.. minimum £3.50 a week per accont, plus current usage- this also stops any new charges being added!
It will be a stretch, but I was paying £10 a week anyway, so i hope more of the money gets used in bill payment rather than fees!
