It really depends what the girls are into, but if it's nice Balmedie beach is a good choice!! This may sound daft but we took a sledge and the 2 kids loved sledging down the dunes!! It also helped to pull all the stuff to the beach from the car park!!
Also depending on age you could have a girlie day in, make cocktails (non alcoholic) then have a nice pampering day, facials, make-up, hair the whole works, good if the weather ain't great ;)
Hope you have a lovely time!!
    :p

the local librarys usually do free workshops for children over the summer holidays. Also near the school holidays the P&J usually print the vouchers for money off activities

Hi, I'm not sure about thi shop, could be elsewhere as well but I thought I'd let people know.

ColourBox on Holburn Street, Aberdeen are closing down, the owner is expected to sell any time now (building being converted into flats). Anyway there may be bargains to be had for anyone interested. ColourBox is one of these knick-knack type shops, mum was going to go in on Thursday to see if she could pick up presents for the relatives.

Hope someone finds this useful, and please move if in the wrong area.

Many years ago now I lived in The Hardgate, Aberdeen and shopped regularly for small DIY bits'n'bobs in The Colour Box....sad to hear of it's imminent demise! Tom
