homebase floor tile boards

OH put a new floor down in our kitchen (YAY)
It was floor boarding to look like big tiles and was snap together.
He had 2 packs and the second pack had every board damaged in the crucial place.We took them back and searched through the remaining packs.Out of 11 packs we found only one that was okay!
When we got it home...it was damaged too along the edge that snaps together hidden by the packing.
He had to go to a different homebase for the replacements .
