Any MS Word Experts About?

I'm a bit of a button presser and basically a couple of things aren't working anymore. :o

Firstly I used to do CTRL, Shift 4 do get a Euro sign. Now doesn't work.

And also when I type 19th April 2007 the th bit normally goes small but now doesn't!

Am I a numpty? :D

    Control Panel - Regional and Language options and make sure it's English (UK)

    Alt Gr+4
    Ctrl+Alt+E
    Ctrl+Alt+4

    all give the Euro.

    For the date, Tools - Autocorrect options - Autoformat as you type - Ordinals (1st) with superscript.
