    Thanks for the clarification.

    When you received the written Ts & Cs for the cover, I'm 99% sure that it would have stated that you were not covered if you were in fixed term contract employment, so for you to have assumed that "it was OK" was a bad assumption to have made.

    Whilst peterbaker probably still considers this mis-selling, I'm afraid that I don't as you would have realised the inappropriateness of the PPI policy, had you fully read the information they sent you.

    Sorry if that isn't very encouraging, but it's how I see it.
