furniture&light - online & M&S credit card

I bought a self-assembly chest of drawers from furniture&light (F&L) for 126quid, a competitive price, and the day it eventually arrived - it took over 4 weeks - the drawer fronts had dents in them. So I packed it up again and on the same day, 6/9/12, I sent them an e-mail asking for a refund and for them to arrange collection, quoting the Sale of Goods & Services legislation and the Distance Selling Regulations for good measure.
F&L did not respond so I contacted M&S credit card quoting the above legidslation and S75 of the Consumer Credit Act - you can claim off the credit card company if the item cost over 100quid but they do chargeback as well like the debit cards do, for items under 100quid (my Canadian laptop has currently stopped aloowing me to use the pound sign!) . M&S have recently refunded my card. They are excellent at helping out with comsuner problems and I would recommend them to anyone.
M&S sent me a form to fill in about the transaction and a copy of F&L's letter to M&S was enclosed which simply said they had received nothing from me. I forwarded the original e-mail of 6/9/12 to F&L, and again asked them to refund and collect. That was about a week ago - no response. It appears F&L , having got the 126quid, wish to diassociate themselves from the transaction but having spoken to M&S on the phone, I understand that M&S will continue to pursue F&L until the matter is properly resolved.
Obviously, I would not recommend F&L to anyone.
