Advice Please - Free gift card not received

Hi All,
I need some advice if possible - I set up a new Sainsburys Pet Insurance Policy on August 30th 2012 - and was promised a £50 gift card within 60 days of opening policy.
I didn't receive it so on 5th November I called their customer care team, who said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Long story short I sent numerous emails & phone calls, had to do all the chasing themselves & last week I was told (when I called) that they had resent the vouchers on 14th November, and to wait until today to see if I received them.
Lo and behold, the post came today & there were no vouchers.
I feel like I'm being fobbed off, I have no problems with any other post, and surely if you're sending a £50 gift card you would send it via recorded delivery?
I have called them again this morning and was told that a team leader would call me back within a couple of days as they are currently in a meeting.
Is there anyone else I could call/get in touch with?

There will be a complaints procedure set out in the policy documents.
A formal written complaint usually gets their attention.0
