im about to send my letters to lloyds to claim back the charges, now i dont have the account numbers and only way i can get them is to go into a branch with ID, however since teh account was closed approx 4 years ago then its pretty obvious what im after them for (in my mind anyway)
is there any way i can just send the letters with my details and request the list of charges that way
ta in advance
edit - also where is the best place to send the letters to
