Weekend we ate soup all lunches and dh made pizza. Last night I made veggie burgers and was pleased and surprised by the result. Next time I might make double the batch and freeze some for a future meal.
I still have veg soup left, so that's me for today.
Tomorrow it will be an omlette I think.
Wednesday, soup again (it's just me this week and I am trying to keep colourise down in the run up to Christmas)
Thursday, friends for supper. Middle eastern style spread is planned. (must soak the chick peas on Wednesday)
Dh has a long weekend so I plan to tackle the weekend meal planning as a separate thing. We are eating out once over that time certainly.0 -
