We use http://www.schofields.ltd.uk/
They have a dedicated policy cover which has no unoccupancy restrictions over water damage or having to drain down systems etc. We have just renewed our £10,000 contents cover for £110, although I think the cost is pretty much fixed up to a certain value anyway. An extra £5 gets you legal expenses cover for lettings issues.0 -
