Worried I have blown my chances with LLoyds TSB???

Hi,
I'm trying to reclaim a relatively small amount from Lloyds TSB (about £300) and got as far (end of Feb) as sending them the last chance to pay before court letter. They didn't respond and for various reasons (holidays, illness e.t.c) I didn't get around to taking the next step and filing a court case.
My question is - what should I do now??? Can I re-issue the last chance letter again and then proceed to court action if they don't settle? Or should I do something else???
Have I blown it by not carrying on to timescale??
Also, I have incurred two more £30 charges since the last letter (unavoidable due to my self-employed husband being pid late by several customers). Can I include these? Or do I need to just write these off as lost causes?
Any advice would be very, very appreicated.
Thanks,
Helen

File the court claim now, you have given them enough time to respond, and do include ALL the charges up to the date of filing the claim.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
Definitely carry on with the claim.
They will not pay up if you write to them anyway - Lloyds cases almost always get to MCOL stage.
My claim for £440 was issued today. One of many, I suspect.I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970.
