Help Hsbc Fight back

Hi all ,

very new to this i have claimed alot of charges back from hsbc and have always got them back in full . But now i have recieved a letter which was for a £25 pound charge and they only refunded £10 pounds and said this . Please note no further refunds will be made in respect of charges levied in accordance with our standard tariff what can i do ???

If they won't budge, you need to start the process again for new charges. Be aware, they are more likely to close your account.

so they will close my account if i keep doing this !!!??

these charges are just a rip off

They probably will close your account if you claim them back again. After getting them back first time it means that you are again spending money you dont have.
