Tesco's won't reply to my complaint

    mummymania, why didn't you insist that you had a refund for ALL your melted frozen food?

    Shop somewhere else, or forget about it, these things happen...

    Trouble with that is if we all ignore shoddy service (which, as in this case, costs more than it should as she has lost some of her food), then it legitimises such service and standards go down.

    No not really.

    What it means is that you wont get shoddy service elsewhere.

    What would happen if you didnt shop at Tesco? Nothing.....absolutely nothing at all.

    What if you went elsewhere? You may get a better service.

    What if you continued at Tesco getting a bad service, what would happen? You would get stressed with them for not listening. All you would do is buy some stress pills.....from Tesco...lol....
