Hello,
I recently wrote to my 4 credit card lenders (that are now all clear) to get the paperwork, to try an see if I had paid PPI on them. One of my lenders ws capital one, I used the letter template that was on martins site, but I have not had a response from any of them, and it has been over 12 days. Does anyone know what I can do now??
Please help
Thanks

12 days is not long enough to wait.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Do you not have any old statements at all, the PPI would be on each statement that you received.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
If you asked them for credit agreememnts on closed accouints, they probably never will respond, or if they do, it'll be in the negative.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Hi I was just going off what the website said when you include a £1 cheque... am I getting it right? sorry i am not the best at these sort of things
If the accounts are still open then the £1 method is fine. If they are closed it is not. However, for a response, you have to give longer than 12 days.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
